In the Interface Design: Strategy and App Development course, I designed a mobile online service centred around weather-related themes. My tasks included creating icons, layouts, and interactive prototypes while also exploring the integration of augmented objects. This project allowed me to refine my interface design skills and demonstrate my ability to craft user-friendly experiences for different audiences.
I developed 'WeatherWardrobe,' a groundbreaking digital wardrobe app that redefines your fashion choices. With 'WeatherWardrobe,' you could effortlessly scan your clothing items and visualise your wardrobe digitally. The app would provide outfit suggestions based on weather conditions or upcoming events. You could virtually try on these outfits using augmented reality or your screen. Additionally, the app offered features such as outfit randomisation, outfit creation, saving, buying, selling, and even browsing others' outfits for inspiration.
I began the design process in Figma, creating custom icons and a unique app logo. Later, I transitioned to Xcode to further expand and challenge my skills while bringing this innovative fashion solution to life. You can also see the app functioning on my phone in the last video on the page.
